Oh My!

My first entry should not be an apology, but I feel that I should. I have been a bit derelict in my posting duties here and I see that I have had some visitors looking for some content. Well, wonder no more fellow health enthusiasts. I am finally posting some interesting stuff for you to read.




I just made a submission to GoArticles on some of the numerous benefits of fiber. In short (as we have all been told) fiber is very important to a well-balanced diet and is absolutely crucial to maintaining health.

I know that this is given, but we must remember that without all the components needed for a machine to function properly, it will ultimately fail. I'm only one person with one opinion, but I am open to intelligent discussion on this and other health-related matters.
