New Post at Keshia's Blog!!

Hi guys! just wanted to let you know about what's going on at my friend Keshia's blog (although you probably already see it on the side bar to the right...). If you're unfamiliar, I'll briefly inform you. I am planning on interviewing Keshia about her new weight loss program and about the 1404 Project as a whole. This interview was supposed to be started last month, but I've been caught up with numerous other commitments which have preempted me from commencing and publishing the interview. I do intend on announcing the interview in the near future though. Thank you all for faithfully reading and have a very Happy Thanksgiving Day!!

Thank you for commenting, Keshia!

I'm not sure if you are as excited as I am Keshia! I am looking forward to completing the questions I have for you regarding the whole 1404 project (hope you don't mind the phrase I used).

I'm sure a lot of folks here would LOVE to learn more about your experience with this rehab/overhaul project as well as your newest journey to fitness. Joining a reputable gym/health club is a positive step in that direction. Questions should be arriving within the next week or so.

Thanks again for commenting!

5 Simple Ways To Lower Cholesterol

I have listed 5 simple ways you can realistically lower your cholesterol without prescription medication.

Zero Cost Weight Loss

"If it's for free, its for me."                                  --A good friend of mine
Low cost is great, but free is always better....

Weight loss plans can become very expensive when you consider all of the diet aids and techniques you may have to utilize to reach your goals.

Today's economy almost precludes you from aggressively pursuing an effective weight loss program due to the anticipated expense involved.
