Vitamin D (in all its natural variations) is extremely important to skin, hair, and nail health. As it was mentioned by Professor Fleet in the video, the best resource for Vitamin D is through sunlight. This is a bit more difficult to obtain during Fall and Winter seasons. This is why it is vital to get foods that are abundant in this nutrient. Your list will go a long way toward that goal.
