I want to reach out to you and talk to you guys about some of my own personal health and beauty tips. You may have heard of some of these tips and tricks I want to share with you. Some tips you may not know about. My goal is to make you feel good and look good.
Whether you want to look great for a party or just want to freshen up before a meeting, there are many tips to get your hair to look great and give your confidence a real boost.
Healthy Hair Tip Number 1:
Eat well. Your hair is nourished by what you eat and drink, and will never look or feel good if you don’t eat a balanced diet with lots of vitamins and minerals.
Vitamins keep hair strands strong and plentiful. Hair is mostly made of protein, so make sure your diet includes plenty. Omega 3 is a natural oil that keeps your hair and scalp hydrated. Foods like walnuts, herring, sardines, trout, mackerel, and sweet potatoes all will help maintain healthy hair. Drinking water will help flush impurities out of your body and keep you and your hair healthy.

Healthy Hair Tip Number 2:
Condition deeply. Hair conditioners have a formulation that will add body and shine to your hair. For example, your clothes start feeling itchy against your skin are if you don’t use a fabric softener. Well, your hair is the same. A good conditioner will help your hair resist the effects of humidity which will reduce frizziness. Massage the conditioner from the root to the tip and let it work its magic. It will make your hair look healthy and shiny.
Healthy Hair Tip Number 3:
Dry your hair well. Modern hair dryers will not harm your hair as much as they used to. Whenever you use a blow dryer, make sure you keep it moving over your hair to dry it evenly. If you have the time, use the dryer on a cooler setting to avoid heat damage.
Healthy Hair Tip Number 4:
Use a good hair treatment formula. There are a huge variety of great products around that are designed to smooth your hair. Hair treatments work in many different ways such as; relaxing the hair and reducing the potential for it to attract humidity that will cause it to frizz.
Healthy Hair Tip Number 5:
Use good hair straighteners. Most people find out that cheaper hair straighteners do not do a very good job. Opt for ceramic or glass heating plates and make sure that the temperature is even. The plates get hot fast and are extra slick to make styling your hair easy. This makes them a real favorite in salons around the world. Ceramic plates help eliminate the humidity from your hair and leave it looking straight.
Healthy Hair Tip Number 6:
Shampoo properly. By this, I mean that you should invest in a top quality salon shampoo that matches your hair type. If you have color-treated hair, make sure that the formulation of your shampoo is suitable. If you don't use a proper shampoo product for color-treated hair it will strip the color out. It is very important to wash your hair properly because if you don't you will have split ends.
