TIP# 3

Give in yourself an "in your face" mirror pep talk - This method that can give you the motivation you need to keep lost weight off by telling yourself some disadvantages of re-gaining weight. 

Look at yourself in the mirror and say: 


  • "If I gain more weight, it WILL be harder for me to fit into my clothes."
  • "Obesity puts ME at risk for certain illnesses like diabetes and heart disease."
  • "My fatigue levels will increase while my energy levels will decrease."


Use this method to "psyche yourself out" in order to lose weight and keep it off.
