My Two Cents

The latest addition to the "Superfoods Series" had to be broken up into two parts due to the sheer size of the submission. I am sharing the first part with you right now so you can take a look at it. Don't worry, it's FAR from boring & is actually not that verbose. It's just that there is a sizable amount of nutritional & scientific data available for both nuts and seeds.

 I am still waiting for my culinary resource to get back to me with some healthy recipes that are tied to the articles. Once I get them, you of course, will be updated. As always, I appreciate you taking the time to visit & read my blog and articles.

In an unrelated note, I have decided to start up a new feature here that I wanted to call "Question Of The Week" (unless you guys have a a better title) where I will post (with poster permission) a health-related inquiry to the marsupialmind blog. The question will post with an invite to any visitor to attempt to answer the question. If no answer is posted after an alloted time frame, I will attempt to answer it personally or will post a link I believe will assist in the matter.*
