Until then you need to know that I am an advocate for healthier living processes which include, but are not limited to: 
  • ancient & modern cleansing and detoxification techniques
  • "ninja" exercise techniques
  • stress management  
  • strategic conflict resolution 
  • meal modification options to reduce fat absorption
  • self re-visualization
  • positive reinforcement strategies
So, what makes a person healthy and balanced ? You may ask. For starters, diet is absolutely tantamount toward this goal. Being active can be helpful, but just keep in mind being active does not consist of needless risks. 

Don't get me wrong, if you like skydiving, mountain climbing, hiking or distance running go for it, but as with all things, balance is key to ensuring you live long enough to enjoy a healthy lifestyle. Some people confuse an active lifestyle with extreme risk-taking and otherwise foolish behavior. This type of thinking can get you an expedited funeral date.

In short, you CAN be active without risking life and limb.
