Easy To Digest

The major holiday season is over. If you're like millions of others out there, you may have unintentionally (or in some cases intentionally) overindulged in traditional meals.  For this reason alone I highly recommend colon cleansing as part of your essential path to improved health.  A Problem Of Modern Times A pproximately two million people in this country have colon problems such as colitis,  ileitis (Crohn's), and diverticulitis.  Colon irrigation treatment or "colonic" (as it is commonly known) is therapeutic cleansing of the colon  using a gentle warm water flush that usually takes an hour or less per session. Up to 16 gallons of purified  water are typically used during each session. The primary purpose of the colonic is to help your body rid itself of toxic waste found in your colon.  Your colon becomes impacted due to dried mucus & fecal matter ( sorry to be so descriptive ) which  forms an inner layer that has the consistency of hard tire ru

A Bit Of A Stretch

Not many things pay off for the body as much as stretching. Nothing could be simpler or take less time. Alas, most Americans neglect stretching as part of an every day fitness program. Stretching boosts muscle flexibility, which in turn leads to decreased likelihood of injury, better muscle performance, and a sense of well-being that lasts for hours after you’ve finished. Ideally, you should stretch several times each day. Stretching in the morning gets your body ready for the activities ahead. It also presents your brain with a focused, quiet activity can result in a feeling of peace and lowering of anxiety levels. In the evening, stretching will help work out the kinks of a day’s wear and tear. Stretching and relaxing muscles before going to bed will lessen soreness after a hard day and will have you waking up feeling wonderful. Finally, stretching is an unquestionable must prior to any vigorous physical activity to prevent injury and reduce post-activity soreness   10-15 mi

10 Ways To Lower Cholesterol Using Food

Are your cholesterol levels out of whack? There are literally hundreds of ways to bring your cholesterol down and I could write several novels about it. That, of course is not the purpose of this article. I'm going to show you how to do it using food.  As with most things health-related, eating right and working out are the two fundamental elements. Another thing you should be aware of is the distinction between LDL and HDL cholesterol. The best news is the fact that you actually can change yo

It is a basic survival mechanism that instructs our bodies to respond to danger by either fighting or fleeing. As such, it is critical to our safety. And a couple things about the extremely fearful: These are people who are constantly afraid, whether of physical dangers in their environment or perceived threats. These people often suffer negative consequences in all aspects of their lives and even
