My Two Cents

The latest addition to the "Superfoods Series" had to be broken up into two parts due to the sheer size of the submission. I am sharing the first part with you right now so you can take a look at it. Don't worry, it's FAR from boring & is actually not that verbose . It's just that there is a sizable amount of nutritional & scientific data available for both nuts and seeds.

In Other Words...

Hi there! Ive got a couple more articles of interest for you. One of course is directly in line with my ongoing theme here about healthy eating  & the other about common sense regarding herbal remedies. Remember, your health IS your wealth! Take Care Everyone!!!

The Latest Superfoods Submission

Patience is a virtue as they say and your patience with me regarding this challenging article series is quite admirable. Thank you for waiting. Superfoods: Grains is up & ready for your viewing. So far this has been the most research-intensive, sweat-inducing, overall demanding of articles I have submitted thus far.

People Need Help....

As you all know, one of my main objectives here on "KurtMIND" is to help those of us that are interested in improving their health. There are many paths to take toward this goal and I try to offer a few options for you. I regularly read about health problems that are plaguing the masses at large worldwide. One of the biggest issues out there is toxicity. People want to know how to detoxify properly .    You can find the definition of the word toxicity as "the state of being toxic or the degree to which a substance is toxic".  What makes one toxic?

What Is Organic Food ? Good Question.....

Organic foods have been a heated topic of discussion for years between both academics & health food enthusiasts alike. I am not here to get into the intricacies of either argument. I will leave that to the appropriate forums dedicated to that type of debate. I simply want to illustrate the benefits of natural, untreated foods. First, a layman's definition of organic food.

Almost Forgot

Here's a recent article that I submitted that is also in line with the general theme of this blog. I've been posting so many of these recently that I sometimes forget which ones I wanted to share with you. I think you'll find this one  to be quite interesting. Let me know what you think!

Two Great Recipes

Alright, here is the moment you have all been waiting for. A couple of article-inspired recipes for you. Try preparing them (or have someone else do it for you) & let everybody know what you think. Comments are always welcome.

A Work In Progress

As you no doubt have noticed, marsupialmind blog has recently undergone a change in appearance. My intention was not to throw anyone off from the central theme here of healthy living, but rather to provide my readers with a more flexible viewing option.

Heat Respite?

Hello everyone! I'm not sure if you are all aware or not, but we have had a MASSIVE heat wave here in Chicago & pretty much most of the upper Midwestern states. Average temps have been around 100+ degrees Fahrenheit. This extraordinary weather pattern has unfortunately caused some casualties over the past few weeks.

My Latest Submission....

I usually don't post this often, but I was too excited not to. The second part of my "Superfoods Series" has just been posted and I wanted to share it with you. Also, as an added bonus, I will be providing you with recipes that are based around the foods I am highlighting. These recipes will be exclusively posted to my blog while I am creating new articles. I'll try to keep the schedule as consistent as possible while I am posting articles simultaneously so you can see them real time. Thanks for reading. Hope you enjoy the article!
