A Work In Progress

As you no doubt have noticed, marsupialmind blog has recently undergone a change in appearance. My intention was not to throw anyone off from the central theme here of healthy living, but rather to provide my readers with a more flexible viewing option.

You may have noticed the "magazine" drop-down in the upper left hand corner of the blog. This allows you to alter the format of the blog into a design that you may find more appealing. Right now you have seven different formatting options to choose from so I would recommend trying them all until you find an appealing format. I will, of course be adding more content on a frequent basis so that there will (hopefully) never be a boring moment here.

I also plan on using some unique features to make the blog even more interesting. Keep a sharp eye out for subtle changes that are to come in the near future. Thanks again for reading.

Hello again, I hope that the format didn't throw you of too much. As I had posted previously, the only reason for the change was to provide some unique viewing options for readers. I would highly recommend experimenting with some of the available formats to see which one works best for you.

As far as cellphones are concerned, I had a friend of mine (with a smartphone) to check my blog out and it allowed him to access all of the viewing options available on a PC or MAC. In short, if you are using a smartphone, you should have no trouble. I hope that answered your question. If not, please e-mail me and I wil try to get you the answer you are looking for. Thank you again for posting, please come back soon!

You can easily lower your bad cholesterol levels without drugs by following simple steps that will not only change your cholesterol levels, but also improve your health today and for the long haul.

We often use prescription drugs in hopes that they will miraculously cure our ailments. Cholesterol-lowering drugs do tend to work, but there are short and long term side effects to consider such as: drug dependency, tangential organ damage, and possible fatal consequences.

Even more dangerous than the side effects of prescription drugs to lower cholesterol is not getting cholesterol under control.

Eventually, high cholesterol can lead to severe damage to the heart and arteries, not the least of which are atherosclerosis (hardening of the arteries), stroke or cardiac arrest.

I have listed 5 simple ways you can realistically lower your cholesterol without prescription medication.

Zero Cost Weight Loss

"If it's for free, its for me."                                  --A good friend of mine
Low cost is great, but free is always better....

Weight loss plans can become very expensive when you consider all of the diet aids and techniques you may have to utilize to reach your goals.

Today's economy almost precludes you from aggressively pursuing an effective weight loss program due to the anticipated expense involved.
