Did you know that nearly every health issue can be identified as a by-product of chronic or "persistent constipation"?
This condition is actually an accumulation of solid waste in the human digestive system.
Obviously, any obstruction needs to be cleared away as soon as possible to allow for normal function....
It's estimated that the average person may carry as much as 20 extra pounds or more of fecal matter in their colon during their entire adult life span
Professor Arnold Ehret, the author of The Mucusless Diet Healing System, claimed that in his fasting retreat, he had obese patients who flushed out over 50 pounds of fecal matter alone from their digestive tracts. 50 pounds of waste is the approximate weight equivalent of 5 medium bowling balls!

Constipation Catalysts
Persistent constipation could possibly be a result of:
1 . Ignoring the urge to make a bowel movement (YES, there are some people that do this because they say they are just too busy to make time for it!).
2 . Too little natural plant fiber in the diet from fruits and vegetables (you know this is true).
3 . Not drinking enough water.
4 . Substandard food combinations and intake of mucus of mucus-building foods.
Remember, waste that stays in the gut contaminates the body as a whole. The intestines are essential to the removal of harmful bacteria. As a result, the digestive system can only work effectively when obstructions are cleared from the digestive tract.
More Roughage Please...
The cornerstone of a well balanced and healthy diet includes fruits, raw or steamed vegetables, limiting or (in some cases)*eliminating meats as a whole.
It is essential to grasp that they possess restorative healing attributes, not the calories as most diet fads state is the main factor for choosing a diet and avoiding chronic constipation.
This is one reason why some people have "morning breath" when they wake up. This can also attributed to constant morning fatigue.
As a side note: this also contributes to increased caffeine consumption which also creates additional digestive problems.
It's a never ending cycle. Remember, blockages in your digestive system can be blamed for nearly every health problem known such as:
- weight gain
- acne breakouts
- bronchial asthma
- various allergies
- (even) profuse body odor.
Just about any of these listed can be tied to issues in the colon.
