Controlling Intestinal Gas Naturally

Intestinal gas, flatulence, farting or breaking wind is a natural part of the digestive process. This odorless gas, although at times embarrassing, is the result of good digestion.  Every day our body produces one to three pints of gas that is ultimately passed. Intestinal gas is made up of oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen, carbon dioxide and methane.

Cayenne fruit is a natural home remedy that is effective in producing peristalsis in your colon and aids digestion. It can be used regularly at every meal and when needed for constipation relief. Burn, Baby, Burn! When used with other herbs, cayenne helps to deliver these herbs more efficiently to where they are needed in the body. As a constipation home remedy, start with one capsule of 40,000 HU and always take it after you eat. You'll likely feel a slight burning sensation in the upper portion of your stomach. This is to let you know that it's working. This burning sensation will pass as your body gets used to you consuming cayenne. Do not use cayenne

No Meat Wraps

"No Meat" Wraps 1 t   cumin seeds 2 t   chili powder 1 t   dried oregano 1/2 t  (kosher or sea) salt 1 t   black peppercorns 3 t   olive oil 3 c   your favorite mushrooms, sliced 2      medium onions; peeled and sliced 3      bell peppers; sliced or chopped (any color you prefer) 1 lb  (optional) your favorite cheese 3      cups of fresh baby spinach 2      tomatoes; medium sliced  10    tortillas (your choice) In a dry saucepan over medium heat, roast peppercorns, cumin seeds, chili powder and oregano until seeds begin to pop, (5 minutes). Place the roasted seeds in a food processor with the salt and grind finely.  Set aside.  Heat the olive oil in the pan over medium-high heat and saute the onions and peppers until soft, (5-7 minutes). Add the spice mix and and other ingredients cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, adding water if needed to keep the vegetables from sticking.  Cover the stacked tortillas with paper tow
