Become a couch potato (a "sports watching" couch potato, that is..) :

This may become one of your favorite weight loss tips. The reason? Simple. Every weight loss plan starts in your mind.  There are times when you just cannot convince yourself to get up and work out. Despite what fitness gurus say, it even happens to them from time to time. 



This is where your mind needs to be conditioned to viewing physical activity as a means of motivation. 

What better way to do this then watch a high octane sport? Who cares if  it's your favorite team or athlete or not. 

It's all in the stimulus of the event. 

Have you ever noticed how spectators react to a comeback victory? Nobody stays seated. 

You know why? It's because adrenaline has kicked in and there's just too much energy to remain calm. 

Take that excitement and use it for your next workout.

Believe it or not, you may become more inspired in hitting your long term fitness goals. 

Think about it....
